These Terms and Conditions set the rules for using sportzclaus.com. SportzClaus is owned and run by Gurlal Dhillon in India and is known as SportsClaus on social media. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean SportzClaus, and “you” means anyone who visits or uses the website.

By using SportzClaus, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Using the website

SportzClaus is free to read. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
  • Try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or its database.
  • Send spam, viruses or harmful code through our forms, comments or polls.
  • Use bots or automated tools to vote in polls or react to articles.
  • Pretend to be another person or to represent SportzClaus.

2. Our content and copyright

The articles, tables, graphics, logos and design on SportzClaus belong to SportzClaus or to the people who licensed them to us. They are protected by copyright and other laws.

You are welcome to share a link to any article and to quote a short part of it with a clear credit and a link back to the original page. You must not:

  • Copy, republish or sell our articles, tables or graphics, in full or in large parts, without our written permission.
  • Remove our name, credits or copyright notices from our content.

3. Names, logos and other people’s content

Team names, league names, tournament names, player names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. We use them only to identify and report on the teams, events and games we cover.

SportzClaus is an independent website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the BCCI, IPL, ICC, FIFA, AIFF, the Olympic Council of Asia, any team or any game publisher, unless we clearly say so.

Embedded posts, videos and images from other services, such as X and YouTube, remain the property of their owners.

4. Comments, messages and other things you send us

When you post a comment, vote in a poll or send us a message, you are responsible for what you send. You agree that it will not:

  • Be abusive, threatening, hateful or discriminatory.
  • Contain other people’s private information.
  • Break someone else’s copyright or other rights.
  • Promote betting, gambling or any illegal activity.
  • Contain spam, advertising or misleading links.

You keep ownership of your comments, but you allow us to publish, display, edit for length or clarity, and remove them on SportzClaus. We may delete any comment or message that breaks these terms, without notice.

5. No betting or gambling

SportzClaus publishes sports news, guides and explainers for information and entertainment. We do not publish match predictions, betting tips or fantasy picks, and nothing on the website is advice to bet, gamble or play fantasy contests. If you choose to do any of these, you do so at your own risk and must follow the laws where you live.

6. Accuracy of information

We work hard to keep our articles correct and up to date, and we check them against official sources. But sport changes fast. Schedules move, squads change and announcements are updated. We cannot promise that every detail is complete or current at the moment you read it. Please check official sources before making any decision that depends on a date, time, price or rule.

7. Links to other websites

Our articles may link to, or embed content from, other websites such as official sports bodies and social media platforms. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, policies or availability. A link is not an endorsement.

8. Advertising and sponsored content

We may show ads to keep SportzClaus free. Ads are provided by third parties such as Google, and we are not responsible for the products or services advertised. Any sponsored article or partnership is clearly labelled.

9. Limitation of liability

SportzClaus is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, SportzClaus, its owner and its writers are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, the website or from relying on its content. This includes indirect or consequential loss, and loss of data, money or profit.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under the law of India.

10. Changes to the website and these terms

We may change, update or remove any part of the website at any time. We may also update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. If you keep using SportzClaus after a change, you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about them or about the website will be handled by the courts of India.
